Once unboxed, the Rose Mattress may have a slight new-mattress scent, which is normal and temporary. It typically dissipates within a few days in a well-ventilated room. While the mattress can be slept on the same day it is opened, please allow up to 72 hours for it to fully expand and settle into its intended shape.

To help keep your mattress fresh, clean, and protected over time, we recommend using a mattress protector. Vacuum the surface periodically with an upholstery attachment, and spot clean spills gently using a mild detergent diluted with cold or lukewarm water. The Rose Mattress also features a zip-off cooling cover that may be removed and machine-washed on a cold, gentle cycle with like colors, then air-dried without heat. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, bleach, steam, and aggressive scrubbing. For best long-term performance, keep the mattress dry, use proper support, and rotate it as recommended.
