30-Day Sleep Trial

At Sunday Home, qualifying mattresses purchased directly from our website include a 30-night sleep trial beginning on the date of delivery.

Because comfort is personal and adjustment takes time, we encourage customers to sleep on their new mattress for at least 14 nights before deciding whether it is the right fit.

If, within the 30-night trial period, you decide your mattress is not the right fit, please contact us before the trial period ends to request a return review.

Eligibility

To qualify for the 30-night sleep trial, the mattress must be purchased directly from Sunday Home, used only under normal residential conditions, kept in clean and sanitary condition, free from stains, burns, tears, odors, or other damage, have all original law tags attached, and be used on a proper supportive base, foundation, platform bed, or adjustable base. Mattresses marked final sale, clearance, custom, special order, or otherwise excluded on the product page are not eligible.

We strongly recommend using a mattress protector from the first night of use to help keep your mattress clean and eligible for the sleep trial.

Return Processing Fee

If your mattress sleep trial return request is approved, a flat $99 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damage, Defect, or Wrong Item

If your mattress arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, it will not be treated as a comfort-based sleep trial return, and the $99 return processing fee will not apply.

To help us review the issue, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the mattress and packaging, if applicable. We may also request a photo of the law tag.

How to Request a Sleep Trial Return

To request a sleep trial return, please contact Sunday Home before the end of the 30-night trial period. We may request your order number, photos of the mattress, and confirmation that the law tags remain attached before approving the return.

Please do not send any mattress back without contacting us first and receiving approval.

Refunds

If an approved sleep trial return is completed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the $99 return processing fee.

If your purchase included a bundle discount, promotional credit, or free item, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the value of any item or items kept.
